Key Responsibilities
- Lead with Purpose: Manage, mentor, and inspire the flight crew—fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Fly with Precision: Serve as Pilot in Command on domestic and international missions aboard Challenger aircraft.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee scheduling, training, maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance for all flight operations.
- Champion Safety: Uphold and enhance SOPs, SMS, and FAA standards, continually elevating safety performance.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with maintenance personnel and vendor partners to ensure aircraft readiness and optimal performance.
- Advise Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to ensure aviation operations align with organizational needs and priorities.
- Deliver Discreet Service: Provide a best-in-class travel experience reflecting professionalism, trust, and exceptional care.
