Orchid Island Aviation Inc. Immediate opening for a Florida based King Air PIC for a Part 91/135 Operation. Individuals must be experienced and qualified and type rated in the aircraft. We are seeking four candidates that are highly motivated, extremely organized, have worked in a previous Part 135 environment and must exhibit strong leadership skills necessary to motivate and communicate with a team of individuals. This candidate will be responsible for conducting Part 91/135 charter flights in accordance with the company’s policy and procedures as well as within FAA regulations and guidelines. In addition, the successful candidate must be a team-oriented individual capable of providing first class customer service and care and have a positive attitude towards completing the job at hand.
A crucial part of our Captain’s role within Orchid Island Aviation is the development of future company Captains and will be expected to exhibit strong leadership, mentoring and management skills with crew, company personnel and those you interact with during daily operations. A Captain will be required to work a rotating schedule of up to 20 days per month.
