F-16 Instructor Pilot – International Assignment
Location: Argentina
Compensation & Benefits:
- $236,000 annualized salary while working
- $120/day Per Diem while in country
- 15% Completion Bonus (minimum 6-month commitment required)

- Typical commitment: 6 months to 1 year
- Pay applies during worked time, PTO, work travel, or approved work assignments
- Off-rotation periods are unpaid unless PTO or approved work applies
- Long-term availability is preferred due to ongoing training requirements
Position Overview:
This is a true F-16 flying instructor role supporting foreign partner F-16 pilot training in Argentina. The position focuses on flight instruction, operational readiness, standardization, debrief discipline, and Instructor Pilot support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver F-16 flight, simulator, and classroom instruction
- Support foreign partner pilot training programs
- Promote operational readiness and standardization
- Conduct mission debriefs and performance evaluations
- Provide Instructor Pilot mentorship and guidance
- Coordinate with program leadership and host-nation personnel
- Required Qualifications
- Former F-16 Instructor Pilot
- Strong fighter aircraft PIC experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
- Valid U.S. passport with no travel restrictions
- Ability to support OCONUS assignments
