We ensure you meet our requirements before proceeding with your application.
If your qualifications and experience match our current needs, you may be invited to our Assessment Day.
Assessment Day:
You will meet us, and we are excited to spend the day with you. The day includes a company presentation, a group exercise, 2:1 interview, and a simulator session both as Pilot Flying & Pilot Monitoring.
After:
Shortly after the Assessment Day, you will hear back from us with the outcome.
If the outcome isn’t what you were hoping for – we encourage you to apply again after 12 months.
If you receive a positive outcome – Congrats! Subject to operational needs and training capacity, you may receive an offer from us. Candidates may also be placed in our pilot holding pool for future opportunities.

Our project is open for everyone; however, we have some requirements we need to follow.
Requirements:
- Boeing 737 Type Rated First Officers
- EASA ATPL or CPL License + ATPL theory’
- EASA Medical Class 1
- 500 hours on Boeing 737 (Rating must be/have been on EASA license)
- Multi-engine IR must be valid at the time of application. Expired ratings may be accepted if they have not been expired for more than 12 months.
- ELP level 5 or higher
- No criminal record and able to pass 5-years security check
- Have the legal right to live and work in the EU/EEC region.
- Unrestricted Passport
- Our minimum height requirement of 157 cm (approximately 5tf 2 in) for safe cockpit operation

SOLI Requirement*
All licenses and medical certificates must be valid and current at the time of application.
The pilot license should preferably be issued by Denspan, Sweden, or Norway.
Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are accepted; however, they must be converted to DK, SE or NO within 12 months of signing a contract with Norwegian.

We offer permanent employment, with the base specified in the contract offer. Work patterns may vary seasonally in accordance with operational requirements and applicable collective agreements.
