Come work at a new and growing flight school located in Muncie Indiana. We operate at a towered field KMIE and instruct in a very safe airspace with very little traffic congestion. Muncie is the home to Ball State University. An affordable, mid-sized town, Muncie has the energy and many of the conveniences you would expect around a large university.
We offer part-time training programs all the way to accelerated professional track to our students. We are nimble and entrepreneurial in culture. Our motto is: It's OK to be impatient. We make sure all of our students and employees have fun while we work and train.
We have a newly renovated training space with multiple classrooms, breakout rooms and technology to maximize the training experience. We operate modern Cessna 172S aircraft for our fleet. No previous dual given or 172 time is required, as we will mentor and train even a brand-new flight instructor.
