Bluestone is an established Part 91 corporate flight department based at Greenbrier Valley Airport (LWB) in Lewisburg, West Virginia. We operate a Citation Bravo in a disciplined, well-run operation with clear leadership, documented procedures, and a genuine long-term outlook. We’re adding a Pilot in Command who wants to own the operation — not just fly it.
This is a Monday–Friday schedule with a strong emphasis on home nights. Weekend flying happens, but it’s the exception, not the norm. If you’re ready to put down roots in the Greenbrier Valley and build something lasting, this is the seat for you.
This role is based at LWB. Candidates should reside within reasonable driving distance. Commuting arrangements are not available.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as Pilot in Command under Part 91 operations aboard the Citation Bravo
- Own all aspects of flight planning — weather, routing, fuel, and performance
- Operate with strict adherence to SOPs and standardized procedures
- Complete all flight and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain the highest standard of professionalism and discretion with company leadership and passengers
- Mentor and develop Second in Command pilots
- Participate in recurrent training and internal safety programs
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of flight department procedures
