Job Description:
The jobholder is responsible to provide ATR Flight Crew training standard through theoretical and practical sessions with the support of training tools (classrooms, workshops, flat panel trainers (FPT), full flight simulators (FFS)).
The jobholder will also participate to courses development, updates & mission.
The jobholder will deliver flight crew training services based on qualifications, skills and competencies required by ATR standards and relevant aviation authorities.
Job Responsibilities:
General:
Adhere to ATR standard policy and standardisation
Instruct the crews within the defined time limits.
Perform grade sheet and evaluates the crews’ progression.
Decides, if required, on the necessity to accord extra training to achieve the required level of proficiency and competence as defined in the training objectives.
Conduct standardization duties if appointed by ATR Training Centre.
Maintain a high level of airmanship to teach in a multicultural environment.
Assist with flight training audits and FSTD fly-outs and qualifications.

Requirements:
- Hold or Have held a CPL License & Frozen ATPL (Air Transport Pilot License) or a Valid ATPL
- Minimum 3000 hours as Pilot
- Minimum 1500 hours on MPA
- Fluent in English, minimum English Language Proficiency Rating of 5
- 1500 hours of Multi Crew Coordination (MCC) (i.e in Multi crew aircraft consists of at least two pilots)
- ATR -600 SFI rating
- Previous or current instructor/examiner experience preferred
