Job Description:
TransExec Private Jets, a leader in the private aviation industry, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Operations to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 25+ years of experience in aviation operations, with a current pilot's license, and a thorough understanding of FAA regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Operations in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's private jet fleet, including scheduling, dispatch, maintenance, and crew management.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and procedures, including FAA regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other industry professionals to ensure the company's continued success and growth.

Manage and supervise the company's operations team, including pilots, maintenance technicians, and support staff.

Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Ensure that all flight and ground operations are conducted in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to support the company's growth and development.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director of Operations.
- Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations, safety standards, and ARGUS and Wyvern standards, and maintain a high level of safety for all flights
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the aviation industry, with significant experience in Part 135 charter operations
- Proven track record of managing and growing an aviation business
- Extensive knowledge of FAA regulations, safety standards, and ARGUS and Wyvern standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
