Conduct Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) operations in compliance with CAMTS guidelines.
Serve as Captain for EC135 SPIFR/NVG missions, providing critical medical transport.
Execute 24-hour operations on rotating day and night schedules.
Perform line pilot duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Support safety initiatives, including the Safety Management System (SMS) and Destination Zero.
Participate in community outreach activities as a company representative.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external customers.
Contribute as a dependable team player to the safe, efficient, and courteous transport of patients.
Commercial and Instrument Helicopter ratings.
Current First Class Medical Certificate.
Meet CAMTS flight-hour requirements:
2,000 total flight hours.
1,500 helicopter hours.
1,000 hours PIC (helicopter).
500 hours turbine helicopter.
100 hours unaided night or 50 hours unaided night plus 100 hours NVG.
75 hours instrument time.
Ability to comply with company weight restriction policy (maximum 235 lbs).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Successful completion of pre-placement physical exam, including:
Strength and flexibility assessments.
Drug screening.
Background checks.
Residence within a one-hour commute of the assigned base.
