This Job opening is not a contract /seasonal job. This is a permanent year-round, full-time job with benefits. This Job is located in Florida. 
 
This is a full-time position year-round. This is NOT a seat or contract position. The location is in Florida.   


This will entail flying, other general support work, which includes light preventive maintenance, loading/mixing chemicals, reports, and other duties that come with the 137 operations. 

Requirements: 
1,000 flight time 
500 hours of spray time is required
Experience can be Mosquito, crop, or firefighting spray experience
UH1H or 206B preferred  


This is a full-time position with an hourly range of $30 to $38.00 an hour. There are also available benefits and such as PTO, paid holidays, and availability of health insurance BCBS, dental Guardian, and vision.
 
 
Job Purpose:
Pilot in Command for the Aerial Application segment and/or other segments. Nonflying duties include aircraft and ground-based system maintenance or administrative tasks as needed.
 
 
Job Requirements:
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities of Pilot in Command (PIC).
  • Become familiar with the mission requirements and, in conjunction with the operator, plan the application for the mission, using Guia, and other mission-specific equipment.
  • Communicate effectively and routinely with the operation manager, SOC, and manager.  Communication includes crew rotation plans, crew rest, maintenance requirements, and weather outlook considerations.
  • Provide safe, precise flying for customer operations. Consistently demonstrate an attitude of willingness by focusing on meeting/exceeding needs.
  • Obtain and maintain appropriate state licensing for Aerial Application operational needs.
  • Work proactively with the Aerial Application manager to plan efficient operations.
  • Assist with maintaining the aircraft in accordance with FAA and company standards along with Aerial Application dispersal and ground-based systems as needed.
  • Support Aerial Application manager with help on non-flying/maintenance duties e.g. licensing, CAPs, etc.Available to perform flight duties for other company segments as available.
 
Skills/Qualifications:
Possess at least an FAA Commercial Multi-engine Certificate/ helicopter  2nd class medicalPossess a minimum of 1000 hours total time, with 100 hours in type excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with
Microsoft products, AgNav, and/or other GPS guidance for aerial applications.
ULV mosquito or Firefighting and other low-level aerial ag operations experience are required.
 
 
 
Salary Range: 30.00-38.00
