We are recruiting for a SAR Co-Pilot to relocate to the Caribbean Island of Curacao on a permanent fulltime employment contract.  You will be working with a committed, professional team consisting of eight pilots ensuring that all flight operations and taskings are undertaken to the highest standards. Bristow provides two state-of-the art fully equipped AW139 helicopters to the Dutch Caribbean Coastguard to support their missions such as Search and Rescue and Law Enforcement

We are seeking co-pilots with experience, energy and motivation who will work positively to impact our business and be able to adapt to changes in the workplace and be committed to the successful transition of this contract and safe delivery of operations.

Our assets will be based at Hato Airport Curacao in the Dutch Caribbean with crews ready to conduct operations on a 24/7 availability.

Please note that for this role we are only accepting applications from candidates that have the following:

  • Valid EASA CPL (H) with frozen ATPL including multi-engine instrument rating
  • Valid EASA Class 1 Medical certificate pertaining to a Part – FCL licence
  • Valid AW139 Type Rating preferred
  • Instrument rating required
  • Experience with NVG desirable
  • LPE English level 4-5
  • Have at least 500 hours of helicopter aviation experience
  • Not have lived in Curacao in the last 5 years (to qualify for expat status)
  • Be able to identify with the Company’s Code of Business Integrity and work to the highest of safety standards
  • Pass a security background check by the Dutch Caribbean Coastguard

In terms of remuneration an attractive salary package with expat tax treatment, relocation for you (and your family), housing and schooling allowance will be offered.
