Bering Air is now accepting resumes for Helicopter pilots with experience in one or more of the following airframes, R44, MD500, AS350 and UH-1 helicopters. Preferred applicants will have knowledge in a variety of missions including 133 work, mining exploration, animal capture, survey, and occasional flight-seeing tours.
Based out of Nome, AK, our area of operation include the whole state of Alaska.
While some jobs are based out of Nome, successful applicants will be expected to camp out under different conditions throughout different work contracts for various length of times, lodging will vary from hotels to tents.
Seasonal pilot dates would begin May 1st through October 30th.
The potential for full time positions exists for dual rated pilots, Fixed wing / Rotor wing. As well as rotor wing pilots with a valid A&P license.
