Responsibilities:

• • Operate BH407 VFR/NVG aircraft within company and industry safety standards.

  • Perform line pilot duties in accordance with the General Operations Manual (GOM).

  • Engage actively in community outreach programs.

  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure courteous and efficient service.

  • Support and participate in company safety initiatives like the Safety Management System and Destination Zero.

  • Assist in loading and unloading of patients and equipment, as needed.

Requirements:

• • Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings.

  • First Class Medical certification.

  • Meet CAMTS guidelines, including:

    • 2,000 Total Flight Hours

    • 1,500 Helicopter Hours

    • 1,000 Hours Pilot-In-Command in Helicopters

    • 500 Hours in Turbine Helicopters

    • 100 Hours Unaided Night Operations or a combination of 50 Hours Unaided and 100 Hours NVG.

  • Compliance with the flight personnel weight restriction policy (235 lbs or less).

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Successful interview and acceptance by the management.

  • Pass pre-placement physical exams, including strength and flexibility assessments.

  • Drug screening and background check clearance.
