Job Description:

We are partnered with the fastest-growing aviation job board to help them identify a new account executive.  We are looking for high-energy Account Executive / Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to sell aviation job advertising solutions and help businesses attract top talent. If you are a driven B2B sales professional with a passion for aviation and a hunger for success, then this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Prospecting – Make outbound calls daily to aviation companies to generate new business.
  • Sell Advertising Solutions – Consult with aviation employers to understand their hiring challenges and recommend the best job posting and recruitment advertising strategies to meet their needs.
  • Appointment Setting & Meetings – Schedule and lead Google Meet sales presentations to showcase our advertising services and demonstrate how we can maximize their hiring success.
  • Pipeline & Account Management – Build and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects, nurturing leads into long-term clients.
  • Problem Solving – Work closely with customers to identify pain points and develop tailored advertising solutions that drive results.
  • Relationship Building – Establish and maintain strong connections with aviation employers to ensure continued success with our advertising platform.

Job Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience (cold calling, outbound sales, or lead generation).
  • Resilient, goal-oriented mindset – You’re not afraid of rejection and thrive in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills – Ability to listen, identify hiring challenges, and present the best advertising solutions.
  • Ability to hold engaging Google Meet presentations and confidently walk clients through our advertising offerings.
  • Self-starter with a drive for success – Someone who can build their book of business and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Aviation knowledge is a plus but not required.
