Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Prospecting – Make outbound calls daily to aviation companies to generate new business.
- Sell Advertising Solutions – Consult with aviation employers to understand their hiring challenges and recommend the best job posting and recruitment advertising strategies to meet their needs.
- Appointment Setting & Meetings – Schedule and lead Google Meet sales presentations to showcase our advertising services and demonstrate how we can maximize their hiring success.
- Pipeline & Account Management – Build and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects, nurturing leads into long-term clients.
- Problem Solving – Work closely with customers to identify pain points and develop tailored advertising solutions that drive results.
- Relationship Building – Establish and maintain strong connections with aviation employers to ensure continued success with our advertising platform.
