About the Role
As a Senior Cargo Charter Broker, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth and corporate clients. You will play a key role in the end-to-end coordination of on-demand charter flights — from quote to execution — ensuring a flawless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with aircraft providers to obtain offers.
- Negotiate with providers as needed to secure the best value for clients.
- Assess and determine appropriate commission schedule.
- Ensure timely delivery of detailed, accurate offers to clients.
- Follow up consistently and work toward securing confirmations.
- Verify that all contracts, insurance, and regulatory documents are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company requirements.
- Review supplier contracts thoroughly to confirm all terms meet company charter agreements.
- Prepare and issue flight briefs containing all relevant flight information.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and source suitable, competitive aircraft charter options.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and new prospects to maximize business opportunities and enhance client loyalty in a highly competitive market.
- Keep clients fully informed of any updates or developments related to their bookings
- Oversee the complete charter process: from flight planning, aircraft sourcing, and coordination to post-flight follow-up
- Collaborate with flight operations, crew, and handling agents to ensure operational excellence
- Be available for on-call duties (evenings/weekends on a rotating basis)
- Ensure proper invoicing, payment follow-up, and budgetary compliance for each operation
