Job Title: Charter Broker Division: Surf On Demand (A Surf Mobility Company – NYSE: SRFM)

About Surf On DemandSurf On Demand is the charter brokerage division of Surf Mobility, a publicly traded aviation and mobility company (NYSE: SRFM). In addition to private passenger charter, we support specialized aviation charter solutions, including time-sensitive and complex cargo movements, combining aviation expertise, technology, and disciplined sales execution.
The RoleReporting to the Cargo Department Director, this is a junior-level W2 Cargo Charter Broker role focused exclusively on cargo charter brokerage. The role is designed for someone with real cargo charter experience and existing industry relationships who is early in their career and ready to operate in a highly structured, KPI-driven sales environment.
This is a sales role with a heavy emphasis on cold calling, outbound prospecting, and pipeline discipline. Brokers are expected to be on the phone daily, generating new opportunities while managing live cargo transactions from inquiry through execution. The position is fully remote and reports into sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Broker domestic and international cargo charter movements across multiple aircraft types
Execute high-volume outbound calling to shippers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers
Generate new cargo charter opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups
Maintain and grow an existing book of cargo customers where applicable
Manage cargo charter requests from inquiry through contract execution
Meet or exceed KPIs for call volume, outbound activity, and deal progression
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in company systems
Coordinate with operators and internal teams on aircraft sourcing and execution
Qualifications
Prior experience in aviation cargo charter brokerage
Existing cargo customer relationships or transferable book of business
Strong comfort with cold calling and high-activity sales environments
Ability to operate within strict KPIs and structured processes
High level of organization and responsiveness
CompensationW2 position with base salary plus performance-based commission, designed to reward consistent activity and closed cargo volume.

Miscellaneous Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screen as required by airline regulations and company policies.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. per the Immigration Act of 1968.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Computer, office equipment, phone skills.
- Ability to work within a 24/7 operation, including holidays.
- Must be able to meet all physical requirements related to aircraft weight limitations before and during employment.
