Charters Sales Representative

Sales/Customer Services Position entails takin ad-hoc charters quote information from customers by phone, email, and by monitoring internet bid boards. Once they receive this information the sales rep will quote the customer based on size and weight of freight and availability of aircraft. When the customer books aircraft, the sales rep sets up all ground handling, load, offload, international permits, and customs stops. The sales rep flight follows the trip from start to finish and relays proper information to the customer. Sales reps work closely with dispatch and maintenance departments to ensure that the trips can be completely safe and on time. This is a 4 days on 4 days off shift rotation position.

• Responsible for quoting customers via phone, internet, and emails
• Keep track of all aircraft and crews for quoting proposals
• Keep Track of charter trends
• Knowing what aircraft are down for maintenance 
• Must have good telephone communication skills
• Some working knowledge of aviation weather and FARs
• Setting up inbound and outbound international requirements  
• Must be available full time and available to work all required shifts 

Education: 

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education
