Job Description

LIFE AS A GROUP CHARTER SALES EXECUTIVE&xa0;

• Building your list of potential clients by researching internal and external databases, websites and social media
• Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential clients into ACS clients
• Building relationships with Airlines and Commercial Jet Operators to ensure we can provide the most suitable aircraft choices for the clients’ requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Ensure you are consistently exceeding both your sales activity and financial targets
• Managing charter bookings from enquiry to completion
• Flight repping /overseeing flight departures
• Working productively in a pressurised environment

Qualifications

THE PERSON

• Proven track records of working to financial sales targets 
• Background in travel industry, MICE will be an advantage
• Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English and Mandarin.
• One other Asia Pacific Language is desirable (Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, etc.)
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to travel

TRAINING AND TRAVEL

• You will be assigned a mentor on a 1:1 basis for your training period (6 months) plus flight service role (6 months)
• Opportunities for international and domestic travel or relocation
• Training and travel expenses are covered by the company
