We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead the charge on our growing Parts Sales team. You’ll oversee a team of 25 sales professionals (remote and onsite) with the goal of scaling to 50+ within the next year. You’ll build training programs, set performance metrics, coach the team, and help us win big in the aftermarket parts space. • 7+ years of sales experience in aviation/aerospace, with a strong focus on aircraft parts sales
• 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role, ideally with experience scaling a team
• Experience creating and leading structured sales training programs
• Comfort with pipeline management, team metrics, and coaching for performance
• Established contacts in the aviation industry (airlines, MROs, OEMs, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel (up to 75%)

Preferred:

• Experience selling to international markets
• Familiarity with aviation inventory systems and quoting tools
• Proficient with Technical Data and Aircraft records
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Aviation Management, or related field
