Melbourne Flight Training is seeking a personable, highly motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for people to join our Enrollment Team. As an Enrollment and Sales Advisor, this role serves as the first point of contact for potential students who are interested in MFT’s flight training programs located at Melbourne airport. The Advisor guides potential students through the enrollment process – answering questions, providing program education, selling through objections, and managing the sales cycle to enroll new students with a friendly, helpful approach.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead & Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential students, providing clear and engaging information about programs, enrollment process, and career pathways.
- Align individual and team efforts to support the achievement of company enrollment goals.
Sales Pipeline & CRM Support
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business across programs including inbound and outbound calls, virtual and in-person interviews, emails, and follow ups.
- Maintain detailed records and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and support sales team efficiency.
Enrollment & Student Support
- Campus Tours & On-Site Engagement: Conduct in-person campus tours to showcase facilities, training environment, and aircraft fleet.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of admissions process by assisting with new strategies, recommending improvements, and maintaining strong industry knowledge to better promote Melbourne Flight Training.
Marketing Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing to align CRM data with campaign efforts and target customer segments.
- Assist in identifying trends in student inquiries and provide insights into marketing strategies.
- Participate in and assist with seminars and school exhibitions to promote programs.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to provide a smooth onboarding experience for students by scheduling discovery flights and tours.
- Actively partner with instructors, finance, housing, and related teams to ensure student success.
Salary commensurate with experience
