Job Description: Executive – Group Sales
The Group Sales Team plays a pivotal role in driving revenue through bulk bookings and managing group travel requirements. The team works closely with multiple departments to deliver seamless travel experiences for large groups, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. As a part of this dynamic team, you will contribute to achieving revenue goals while enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve the group revenue targets as assigned.
- Conduct individual performance reviews and ensure quality checks for case handling, ensuring no escalations.
- Act as the liaison between the Sales Team and other departments within IndiGo for all group travel-related matters.
- Maintain the required turnaround time (TAT) for processing all quotes and inquiries.
- Execute any other duties or tasks as assigned from time to time by the management. Qualifications & Experience:
- Education Qualification: Any Graduate
- Industry Preference: Candidates from the Travel or Airline industry.
- Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience
- Nature of Experience: Prior experience in ticketing, reservations, or an airline background is preferred.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in Flight Speed, Mini Soft, and MS Office tools is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge and experience in reservations or airline processes.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work across teams seamlessly.
