Executive, Sales Planning and Insights (Eastern Region)

Reports To

Manager, Sales Development & Analytics

Role Purpose

The Executive, Sales Planning and Insights plays a key role in supporting the organization’s sales objectives by developing and executing effective sales plans. This includes conducting spanet analysis, identifying potential opportunities, and formulating strategies that drive business growth. The role is also responsible for setting and monitoring sales targets, tracking performance, and providing timely, data-driven insights to senior management.

Key Accountability
  • Conduct thorough spanet research to identify sales opportunities, trends, and competitive activities.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments to plans as needed to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborate closely with spaneting, product development, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and synergy of sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, spanet developments, and other key performance metrics.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities for sales growth, while evaluating the effectiveness of current strategies.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Qualifications & Working Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

    2–3 years of experience in sales planning, analysis, or a related field

  • Experience in sales planning and strategy development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, legal and regulatory requirements, and best practices in sales operations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
