Role PurposeEnsure the smooth functioning of the sales process, from lead generation to order processing and after-sales support. Responsible for managing customer databases, monitoring inventory levels, facilitating customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to the sales team.Key AccountabilityProvide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and maintaining sales records.Collaborate with sales representatives to respond to customer inquiries, provide information on products and services, and facilitate the sales process.Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is available to meet customer demand.Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from 1st customer touchpoint through to delivery and after-sales support.Conduct spanet research to identify new business opportunities and provide insights to the sales team.Attend sales meetings and provide recommendations for improvement based on customer feedback and spanet trends.Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, providing administrative support as required.Qualifications & Working ExperienceBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
