With offices across Europe, North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Australasia, we combine international reach with deep local spanet expertise to provide highly tailored charter services.
As a rapidly growing business generating over 1 billion in annual revenue and arranging more than 25,000 charter flights each year, we are now seeking an experienced charter broker. Demonstrable, successful experience within private jet charter is essential for this role, and applications without this background will not be progressed.
This opportunity is suited to sales brokers currently working in private charter who may be open to a discreet conversation about their next move. All applications and discussions will be handled with the strictest confidentiality.

THE ROLE
Day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Win, develop and retain new business
- Manage the full charter process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Leverage existing industry relationships while proactively identifying new revenue opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
- Negotiate charter terms with aircraft operators to secure competitive pricing and optimal availability
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of global charter spanets, aircraft availability, and operator performance
- Deliver a consistently high level of client service and discretion
- Contribute to the development of the local charter business, helping shape spanet strategy and growth initiatives
- Represent the business within key client and industry networks
- As the business grows, take on responsibility for mentoring and developing junior brokers
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on long-term growth plans and team expansion
