Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering timely and efficient responses via phone and email.
- Assess client travel preferences and requirements to devise tailor-made travel solutions.
- Generate precise and thorough travel quotes, ensuring all financial elements such as costs, taxes, and profit margins are considered.
- Manage all facets of flight operations including planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination (fuel, FBO services, catering, and ground transportation).
- Maintain proactive communication with clients about flight updates, delays, and potential changes, while offering effective alternatives.
- Employ real-time tracking systems to monitor flights, preempt disruptions, and swiftly relay any critical updates.
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed.
- Ensure aircraft are immaculately maintained and prepared for flights.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required to support team and organizational objectives.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Preferred: background in aviation or charter sales
- Must pass an initial drug test and be able to receive a Portsmouth International Airport badge.
- This hybrid role requires commuting to our Portsmouth, NH offices 3-5 days a week.
- Schedule will require a combination of days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
