ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Graduate Sales Operations Analyst, the selected candidate will play a key role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and enhance the company’s sales performance. This position involves analyzing sales data, generating insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes.
It offers a strong foundation for career growth, providing exposure to key business functions and the opportunity to develop essential analytical and strategic skills. With a clear path for professional development, this role serves as a stepping stone to more advanced positions within the company.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Interpreting sales data : Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Developing sales forecasts : Create accurate forecasts to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with sales teams. Work closely with sales representatives to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- Evaluating metrics : Monitor KPIs such as profitability, churn rate, and sales performance to gauge success.
- Conducting spanet research : Study industry trends to align sales strategies with customer needs and spanet conditions.
- Creating dashboards : Develop dashboards and visual reports to communicate insights effectively.
- Improving sales processes : Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and recommend solutions to streamline operations.
- Managing CRM data : Ensure CRM systems are effectively used to track sales activities and customer relationships.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
- 1 year of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related graduate – internship role.
- Good knowlegde of Excel, SQL and any other visualization tool like PowerBI or Tableau.
- Excellent use of the English language. Spanish, French or German language skills are also welcomed on a minimum B2 level.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree, or a four-year college diploma in Business Administration or a related field
