Position Overview:

Under the direction of the PHI Cares Vice President of Operations, this position is responsible for contributing to the success of the PHI Cares Client Services Team by providing exceptional customer service and membership transactional support. This role is accountable for inside sales development and achieving membership sales growth targets through promotion of the PHI Air Medical Services program. 

Job Summary:

• Educating existing and prospective Membership customers on the value of the program and driving inside sales to upgrade and expand active memberships.

• Collaborate with leadership and Client Service team to cultivate sales leads to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

• Contact non-renewing members and attempt to rescue the account and/or document reasons for non-renewal in SFDC.

• Cold call leads supplied from the web or other sources and document the sales or reason for not purchasing.

• Coordinate with other departments and teams to provide needed sales and financial data.

• Maintain close communication with operational leadership, and other agents as appropriate in order to ensure effective and timely job completion.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prefer Bachelors degree or Associates Degree

• 5 or more years of Inside Sales experience, preferably within a membership sales model

• Prior team supervision experience is preferred.

• Candidates must be goal driven, coachable, passionate about selling.

• A passion for generating sales with a proven call center experience.

• Utilize rapport building to best meet the needs of the customer in the most sincere and ethical manner.

• Display a competitive spirit to meet and exceed company wide and personal sales goals.

• High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel.

• Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.

• Computer proficient
