Functional Duties and Responsibilities
Manage pipeline of media sales opportunities.
Acquire new advertisers / clients and achieve revenue targets from direct advertising orders.
Ability to create client proposals, including strategy and commercials.
Build multi-stakeholder relationships with existing and new advertiser accounts.
Retain, nurture and grow the accounts onboarded.
Establish revenue and relationships with advertising & media agencies.
Collaborate with a variety of internal business stakeholders to ensure buy-in and revenue growth.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy and effectively manage relationships and product/ tech related discussions with the various internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with ad ops team to respond to and deliver on the approved client proposals for execution.
Manage and execute the advertisers campaigns effectively & efficiently.
Nurture clients, agencies to drive retention and organic growth.
Qualification
Good understanding of advertising & media landscape both digital & offline.
Experience in media sales/ BD role from programmatic/ ad tech background.
Strong sales & account management experience.
Exceptional analytical skills, high level of comfort with data and a creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to distill key business insights from data.
Excellent communication skills with a strong people management skills.
Prior client facing experience while owning revenue management for account/ geography.
Ability to work across different global cultures and in a matrix style environment.
Basic to medium proficiency in the ad-tech ecosystem of ad exchanges/ networks, DSPs, 1st and 3rd party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad-operations , delivery and measurement platforms.
Intermediate/ Advanced knowledge of GCP, MS Excel / PowerPoint.
Fluency in English and Thai.
