About Bluebird

Bluebird, operated by ATI Jet, Inc., is redefining access to private air travel. Built on the same commitment to safety, reliability, and service that powers our Part 135 and Part 91K operations, Bluebird offers a private aviation membership program designed to give discerning travelers a smarter, more flexible way to fly. We are growing, and we are looking for driven salespeople who want to close warm, qualified business and share directly in the upside they create.

The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Membership Sales Representative to sell the Bluebird private aviation membership program. This is a 100 commission, 1099 independent contractor role built for closers. You will work qualified, interested inbound leads — people who have already raised their hand and want to learn more — and guide them through enrollment in a membership that typically ranges from $2,000 to $10,000 per year.

No aviation experience is required. If you can build rapport, listen well, and close, we will give you the product knowledge and the leads to succeed.

Growth potential:

While this is an independent contractor engagement with no guarantee of employment, strong performers may be considered for full-time employment with Bluebird in the future as the program scales.

What Youll Do
  • Engage qualified, interested inbound leads provided to you and convert them into enrolled Bluebird members.
  • Clearly and accurately present the value, structure, and terms of the Bluebird membership program.
  • Build trust quickly, answer prospect questions, and guide members through the enrollment process.
  • Maintain consistent, professional follow-up to move opportunities to close.
  • Accurately track your pipeline and activity using company-provided tools.
  • Represent the Bluebird brand with the professionalism and integrity our clients expect.
What Were Looking For
  • A proven closer — you enjoy sales and are motivated by uncapped, performance-based earnings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional manner.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative, customer-first approach.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined; comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
  • Reliable phone, internet, and a quiet, professional environment from which to work.
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings.
  • No aviation experience required — luxury, hospitality, membership, or high-ticket sales experience is a plus.
Compensation & Engagement Terms
  • This is a 100 commission-only engagement, paid as a percentage of total sales. Specific commission terms are discussed during the interview process.
  • Earnings are uncapped and directly tied to your performance; there is no base salary, draw, or guaranteed minimum.
  • This is an independent contractor (1099) position. You will be responsible for your own taxes, and no withholding will be made on your behalf.
  • As an independent contractor, you control the manner, method, and hours of your work and may offer services to others, subject to the confidentiality and non-solicitation terms of your contractor agreement.
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings is must.
  • Engagement is governed by a separate written Independent Contractor Agreement, which must be signed prior to commencement.
  • This engagement does not guarantee, and should not be construed as a promise of, future employment.
