Role PurposeAccountable and responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and agency teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery of services to clients. This includes coordinating and managing agency-related activities, providing sales support to agents and clients, groups and other functions within Sales, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Key AccountabilityCoordinate and manage agency-related activities, including onboarding, training, support services and performance tracking.Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and managing customer inquiries.Maintain accurate records and documentation, including client information, sales data, and agency performance metrics.Collaborate with other teams, such as spaneting and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy in sales and agency efforts.Assist in the development and implementation of sales and agency-related initiatives and campaigns.Monitor and analyse sales and agency performance, and provide regular reports and recommendations to managementAssist with support and backup on groups and other functions within Sales as and when required.Qualifications & Working ExperienceDegree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or any related field with 2-3 years of working experience in related fields.
Areas of ExperienceExperience in sales support, agency coordination or administrative support roles.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeHigh-level Fares and Ticketing experience.Proven experience in Marketing and Strategy development.Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as industry trends and best practices in the region.Personality TraitsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
