Summary
Responsibilities
Provide agency relationship and account support for sales related enquiries, documentation and day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth booking experience
Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns, promotions and commercial initiatives, including tracking results and coordinating with internal stakeholder
Manage administrative invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, timely payment and proper documentations in accordance with company procedure
Coordinate and monitor group bookings and payment status, including deposits and final payments, to ensure compliance with agreed timelines
Prepare and maintain regular report, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.
Requirements:
General Diploma, with relevant Sales/Commercial experience in Aviation (Optional)
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
