Role Objective:
The Part Sales Associate will focus on selling spare parts from Fly Alliance’s inventory to customers across the Middle East, Africa, and global markets. This role combines proactive sales, inventory management, and customer service while helping strengthen Fly Alliance’s footprint in the region.
Essential Job Tasks:
Sales Execution: Manage and respond to incoming parts requests by preparing accurate, timely, and competitive quotes, while achieving monthly sales targets that drive revenue growth across existing and new inventory.
Customer Support & Account Management: Engage and support customers across the UAE and MENA region with proactive outreach, dedicated account management, and timely follow-ups on all quotes and inquiries to ensure exceptional service.
Operations & Logistics: Oversee shipping and receiving processes, coordinating seamlessly with logistics providers and freight forwarders, while tracking customer core returns, repairs, and overhaul status for assigned inventories.
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research into regional demand, pricing trends, and repair/overhaul opportunities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Product Management: Maintain accurate and updated engine and APU spec sheets, while managing advertising initiatives across regional sales channels to maximize market visibility.
Relationship Development: Build and strengthen partnerships with regional operators, MROs, and trading partners to expand Fly Alliance’s sales network and reinforce brand presence.
Process Improvement: Continuously enhance sales processes by refining quote tracking, reporting, and customer feedback integration, ensuring more efficient operations and improved client outcomes.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a focus on multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Market awareness of aviation parts trading trends in the UAE/MENA region.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs and CRM systems.
Ability to exercise sound judgment in negotiations and customer interactions
Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.

Work Environment:
Based in Dubai, office-based with regular customer and vendor interaction.
Frequent use of computer systems, phone, and office equipment.
Occasional handling of parts/materials up to 10 kg.
Collaboration across multiple time zones with U.S. and global teams.
Travel:
Travel will be required within the UAE and broader MENA region for client meetings, industry events, and relationship-building opportunities.
Occasional international travel may be necessary to support global client engagements, attend trade shows, or participate in company training programs.
Flexibility is expected, as travel may include evenings, weekends, and short-notice trips to meet client and operational needs.
