Summary of Accountabilities: Provide exceptional frontline support and communications with external customers through all phases of aircraft parts sales. Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure positive customer experience resulting in business growth and sustainment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing customers to provide opportunities for current and future business.
2. Provide support to customers throughout the parts sale process, including but not limited to the following functions:
- RFQ (Request for Quote)
- Creation and execution of sales orders
- Core returns
- Invoicing
- Part Returns
- Warranty inquiries
- Customer account maintenance.
3. Collaborate with procurement team members to ensure timely communication and delivery of parts on backorder.
4. Collaborate with service sales team as needed for seamless customer handoffs.
5. Participate in rotational on-call schedule for providing weekend & holiday sales support.
6. Identifying new business opportunities through various channels like cold calling, networking, and trade shows.

Education and Experience:
· High school graduate or equivalent; prefer 4-year degree
· Knowledge of the aviation industry or aircraft parts sales experience preferred.
· Must possess and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers, to include email correspondence and explaining complex technical issues over the phone. A Skills Assessment will be used to measure this.
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Able to work required schedule without deviation
· Must possess and maintain a current and valid driver’s license
· Meet the requirements of Airport Authority to receive a badge and have no ramp restrictions
· Mutli-lingual capabilities preferred.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent for calculations of profit/loss. Ability to understand departmental financial statements.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must have valid Class C driver’s license with a good driving history.
Travel Required:
May require some local travel upon customer requests.
