How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Sales Account Executive in Dominican Republic will be responsible for maximizing revenues and spanet share within assigned corporate and agency portfolios. This candidate can reside in SDQ or SDI.Primary responsibilities include: Building, maintaining, and managing agency and/or corporate relationships at all levels with-in the account. Optimize existing accounts for new business opportunities Collaboratively negotiate, close and implement agreement renewals Performance analysis of travel agency and/or corporate portfolio to upkeep and increase agreements revenue growth. Prospect and secure new business In collaboration with manager develop and implement sales and account strategies based on the Sales revenue plan Evaluate and report results and competitive developments Collaborate with corporate and /or Travel Agency Sales Development in executing sales strategies and programs Revert negative trends to address account underperformance Creates activity reports for manager to document activities, actions, and results Will have a coordinator role with the sales team and undertake a leading role in spaneting activities developing ad-hoc sales material, consumer, and trade activities. Leader in building community exposure and goodwill by promoting coop participation in social responsibility organizations and corporate assemblies

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Must have current work authorization to live/work in Dominican Republic. Delta Does Not Sponsor. Must be fluent in both Spanish and English 3 + years industry experience Candidate should possess a strong orientation towards sales and understand how to create and maintain profitable business relationships with assigned accounts. Demonstrate aptitude for strong interpersonal relationships and business decision making skills.Must be able to manage change with resilience and display tremendous drive and commitment. Candidate must possess strong skills in written and verbal communications in Spanish and English, data analysis, negotiation, time management, organization, planning, and presentation skills. Ability to understand basic sales reports, identify opportunities inside those sales reports, prioritize based on value and develop and execute plans to achieve opportunities. Demonstrate leadership skills and must possess the ability to disseminate information professionally according to Delta values. Must demonstrate high proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Prefer knowledge of Deltas Reservation System. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
