Role Overview: As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our division. Collaborating across functions, you will develop and implement sales strategies that position Flight Crews Unlimited as the foremost provider of aviation staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans targeting revenue growth and increased market share within the aviation staffing industry.
- Client Acquisition & Networking: Leverage your industry network to identify and secure new business opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, including NBAA conferences and trade shows, to build relationships with potential clients.
- Account Management: Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, offering continuous support and strategic guidance to foster long-term partnerships.
- Proactive Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, and social media, to identify and address staffing needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, tracking leads and conversion rates using CRM tools, and provide regular updates during sales meetings.
- Market Intelligence: Collaborate with the executive team to share insights on industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities, informing the company's growth strategies.
- Travel Commitment: Represent Flight Crews Unlimited at industry events and client meetings, with approximately 20% overnight travel.
