The OpportunityWe are looking for a dynamic On Demand Team Administrator to support our On Demand division — including Sales, Operations, and Experience — in Dallas, Texas or Hawthorne, Los Angeles, California. This is a critical role focused on enabling team performance, maintaining system integrity, and ensuring a high standard of operational and administrative excellence.
In addition to operational responsibilities, this role will provide administrative and executive support to the On Demand Management Team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings and events, booking travel, and assisting with day-to-day executive coordination.
The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, systems-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll wear many hats, collaborate across multiple departments, and contribute to Surf Air Mobility’s mission of transforming regional air travel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the On Demand team (sales, operations, and experience), including member profiles, reservations, guest adjustments, and billing setups.
Maintain accurate records and data across CRM, SurfOS, Foundry, and billing systems, ensuring consistency and reliability.
Manage and optimize CRM tools and workflows to streamline team processes, troubleshoot issues, and support audits or compliance requests.
Support On Demand leadership with executive tasks such as calendar management, scheduling meetings/events, booking travel, and preparing materials.
Compile and distribute recurring performance reports (e.g., revenue metrics, churn, contract value) and coordinate with Finance to validate data.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or team support role (preferably in aviation, logistics, SaaS, or another operationally complex environment).
Demonstrated experience working across departments to coordinate processes and drive outcomes.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
Experience supporting or working within a high-velocity team with a service or subscription product is a plus.

Must be able to work in-office at our Dallas, TX or Hawthorne, Los Angeles, CA office.
