Position Summary
Administers customer service accounts of moderate scope and complexity to achieve division business objectives and to meet customer performance expectations. Develops solutions for customer needs and works to maximize sales and profits while defending current business.
Responsibilities
Act as primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and coordinate with Planning, Production, Quality, Materials and Sales to deliver a premier customer experience.
