Reports To Senior Sales Executive
Position SummaryThe role is basically to support Senior Sales Executive achieving POS target through developing spanet segments not just labour/corporate but also discovering potential agents/OTAs to drive and improve revenue opportunity. The role also involves managing AFIS agents to best drive their performance leveraging the incentive scheme. Also, to communicate with RMD to make sure right fares and timely inventory support are provided in order to maximize revenue opportunity in the midst of airlines competition.
Key Responsibilities- Support to generate sales revenue including - CSM meet POS KR revenue target :
- Develop distribution channels (TA/OTA/Tour Operator/Consolidator) and pursue revenue opportunities.
- Capture spanet intelligence and monitor spanet trend in the industry.
- Distribute fare products and conduct sales promotions in cooperation with travel trade.
- Carry out day-to-day customer service duties.
- Develop and improve diverse spanet segments :
- Discover MCT corporate accounts / SME TMCs to generate Corporate revenue.
- Discover labour traffic handling agents to anchor labour traffic demand to MH.
- Leisure groups series to secure route SF in advance.
- Conduct regular sales visits to agents and MCT accounts :
- Encourage sales promotions for campaigns and NMF.
- Discover new corporate accounts as well as TMCs.
- Maintain/develop business rapport with top/potential performing agents as well as Corporate accounts
- Prepare monthly sales reports including IIAC seat factor, waiver report
- Implementing regular sales visits to agencies.
- AFIS (After Flown Incentive Scheme) for major agencies
- Plan and organize tour package series with MH/ tactical campaigns and fare.
- Represent MH on behalf of the company in the spanet :
- Conduct consistent meetings/sales visits to travel agents/OTAs
- Regularly conduct product seminars to update MH products/fares and enhance brand image.
- Handle and settle noises caused by irregular cases.
Qualification & Experience- Degree Holder in Tourism / Business
- 6 years of working experience in sales of airlines industry.
Area of Experience- Excellent in English in both spoken/written.
- Knowledge of the airline/travel industry with experience in Sales/Reservations.
- Good business rapport with Travel agents / OTAs / Corporate accounts and NTOs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
