Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals including film stars, musicians, models, and sports stars. Our private jets division has chartered helicopters and private jets for everything from meetings and business acquisitions to catwalk debuts and proposals.

Job Description

Our starting position as a Trainee Broker&xa0;role is to generate new leads to convert into profitable business and, through excellent relationship building, retaining those customers. This will be achieved by focusing on customer needs and setting yourself high expectations in terms of results.

A Broker should always be looking for ways to win new business, this includes keeping up to date with competitor information and external factors which are likely to impact the movement of cargo e.g. politics.

Qualifications

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR

• Exceptional communication skills, fluency in Thai and English
• One other Asia Pacific Language is desirable
• Experience in proactive sales and a passion for Aviation
• Experience in Air Freight / Logistics industry is desired 
• Have freight forwarder / aviation / logistic experience
• Aviation degree background is desire
• Building relationships to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available to provide solutions for our customers
• Ability to demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
• Receiving inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7
• Present bespoke quotes to customers demonstrating good commercial acumen
