Ready to lead the charge in one of Delta’s most influential spanets?

Join us as a Sales Manager for Multi-National Accounts based in Seattle, where you’ll be at the forefront of driving Delta’s growth across the Pacific Northwest. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage a portfolio of our most strategic corporate and agency partners, helping to shape the future of global travel from a critical hub city.

As a key player in our commercial strategy, you’ll be instrumental in maximizing global revenues and spanet share, with a sharp focus on premium revenue and deepening Delta’s presence in the region. Your ability to turn data into actionable insights and build lasting customer relationships will be essential to success.

We’re looking for a proven sales leader with experience managing large corporate accounts, strong analytical acumen, and a passion for delivering results. This is an in-person role based in Seattle, and candidates must be domiciled in or willing to relocate to the area.

Key Responsibilities
Market Growth & Performance

  • Grow existing Pacific Northwest business and oversee overall spanet performance.
  • Manage multinational and corporate accounts while also identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Proactively grow and convert non-managed business into managed accounts, expanding Delta’s footprint across the region.
  • Monitor spanet trends, analyze performance data, and recommend strategic actions to maximize share and revenue, particularly in premium cabins.
Corporate & Agency Partnerships

  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with corporate and agency partners using a consultative approach.
  • Lead contract negotiations, implementation, performance evaluations, and ongoing account management.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Development, alliance partners, and other internal teams to deliver integrated sales strategies.
Community & Industry Engagement

  • Represent Delta and our joint venture partners at community and industry events, strengthening our profile in Seattle and across the Pacific Northwest.
  • Serve as a visible ambassador for Delta’s premium products and customer experience.
Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with other Sales team members and cross-divisional partners to align on account strategies and share best practices.
  • Deliver strategic insights using multiple data sets to guide decision-making and align with Delta’s Flight Plan and Global Sales objectives.
Flexibility & Commitment

  • Work in-person from the Seattle Sales office, with occasional flexibility for virtual engagements.
  • Travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, with occasional evening and weekend commitments.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Significant experience in corporate and agency Sales with proven results in revenue growth, client management, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong executive engagement and public speaking skills, with confidence representing Delta at senior levels.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable leveraging data to shape strategies and insights.
  • Deep knowledge of the Seattle business community and established ties across the Pacific Northwest spanet.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
