ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a role where the sky isn’t the limit — it’s the playground.
You’ll join the Sales Operations and Enablement team, working on initiatives that directly improve how SITA sells, serves, and grows. From CRM and Salesforce transformations to analytics, automation, and smarter processes, this role sits right where change happens — at the heart of the commercial engine.
These aren’t abstract IT projects or back‑office tasks. They are real improvements that affect how people work every day and how the business performs.
This role is built for early‑career professionals who want variety, exposure, and hands‑on responsibility. You’ll learn by doing, work with experienced colleagues across the business, and quickly see the impact of what you deliver. Over time, you’ll grow into someone who helps shape how Sales Operations works — not just how it’s documented.
What You’ll Be Part Of
Rather than being boxed into one narrow area, you’ll work across a mix of initiatives such as:
- Improving and rolling out CRM and sales processes
- Supporting analytics, dashboards, and performance insights
- Helping redesign workflows to remove friction and manual work
- Contributing to automation and data quality improvements
- Supporting projects from idea through to adoption
You’ll see how ideas turn into working solutions — and how those solutions change behaviour on the ground.
How You’ll Work
This is a hands‑on, learning‑by‑doing role. You’ll start close to the action, supporting initiatives already in motion, and gradually take on more ownership as you build confidence.
You’ll work with global teams, translate complexity into clarity, and help ensure that improvements don’t stop at delivery — but actually stick. Documentation, handovers, and knowledge-sharing matter here because they make change sustainable.
You’re not expected to know everything on day one. What matters is that you’re curious, switched‑on, and willing to figure things out.

Typically, this role suits someone with 2–4 years of early‑career experience in operations, analytics, consulting, business, or enablement — but mindset matters more than background.
