Summary and Objective

The Sales Representative is responsible for converting assigned opportunities into booked trips. Reps are assigned opportunities in the system with a defined closing window; success is measured by conversion and contribution to overall revenue and utilization goals.

Essential Functions

  • Manage a rotating list of assigned opportunities within the prescribed closing window.
  • Convert opportunities into booked trips by building relationships with reseller accounts, affiliates, and distribution partners.
  • Execute consistently against the dynamic pricing rubric, limiting ad-hoc discounting.
    Utilize the sales UI, CRM, and automated quoting tools to maximize speed of response and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Sales Support / Client Service Agents to ensure seamless trip execution.
    Provide structured feedback on quote performance, pricing gaps, and competitor activity.

Job Requirements:

Required Education and Experience

  • 3–5+ years in aviation sales, brokerage, or customer-facing commercial role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, quoting tools, and data-driven decision making.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple assigned opportunities simultaneously.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. 
  • Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position. 

Preferred education and experience 

  • Associate's degree in related field   
  • 1 to 3 years Aerospace/ Aeronautics Experience
