Job Description:

Qatar Airways (QR) is now recruiting for the role of Sales Support Agent, based in Moscow, Russia.  

The role will require you to actively engage with the sales team to help achieve assigned revenue targets by providing technical support. Provide five-star customer support for travel Agencies, Corporate Customers and internal stakeholders. Respond professionally to all day to day reservations, ticketing, Refunds, ACMs queries and achieve customer satisfaction.

This role will cover maternity leave and is temporary, which can last up to 3 years.  

Job Accountabilities:

  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) for sales operations functions established to ensure alignment to QR’s global sales/sales operations principles.
  • Maintain customer database for all customer segement and provide customer-friendly, value added instruction to key trade customers, QR sellers and manage the communication with internal stakeholders to ensure an effective coverage of a customer perspective.
  • Prepare DSRs and liaise with Finance on reconciliation of sales.
  • Provide five star support to contracted Corporate accounts by maintaining active communication regarding customer offerings and product enhancements through regular eNL.
  • Handle multi-products and services as required by the business.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Head of the Department.
  • Handle all sales operations activities including (but not limited to) Reservations and Ticketing, Refunds, Trade/Corporate Account support, Group Sales, Sales Support, Sales Systems, and Issuance and re-issuance of tickets.
Qualifications
  • High School Qualification with Minimum 1 year of job-related experience.
  • Experience in reservations/ticketing, sales support, group sales, tariffs, distribution.
  • PC literate with very good knowledge of MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of airline processes (e.g. Pricing/Distribution technology), systems (e.g. Amadeus, GDSes) and travel industry in general.
