Overview

This position will serve as the main revenue reporting resource supporting the Miami Sales office and the South American Sales team. The Analyst will assist with data entry and reporting functions and serve as backup to assist with AWB (Air Way Bills?) processing as well manage our FRR (Flight Revenue Report).

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for implementing, complying and monitoring revenue reporting
  • Review process flow to create efficiencies, and database management for Atlas Air Scheduled Services.
  • Act as liaison between the Revenue Verification and the Sales teams to provide analytical and administrative support to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure AWBs are priced accurately and timely for maximum revenue recognition.
  • Prepare and analyze flight revenue reports by station to monitor performance of operational data-entry.
  • Monitor daily revenue performance.
  • Assist in annual/monthly revenue/cost forecasting and budgeting.
  • Analyze and resolve root causes of recurring issues and seek efficiencies in sales process flow.
  • Perform timely and accurate customer invoice disputes, documentation and reconciliation.
  • Conduct sales Analysis as needed by Sales & Marketing.
  • Prepare a variety of reports, to include Sales commissions, incentive reports and other reports as needed.
  • Prepare presentations for customer visits and other meetings.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
  • Minimum two years experience as sales, marketing, finance or accounting analyst
  • Knowledge of revenue management in an airline/air cargo company highly preferred
  • College degree is preferred.
  • Possess ability to multi-task, work well under pressure & meet deadlines.

Skills:

  • High competence level with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and ability to learn and master other internal applications such as CargoSpot, AIMS and SalesForce.
  • Self-motivated individual with a follow-up mentality & broad-scope-view of company objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database management software

Salary Range: $51,500 - $69,000

Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
