We will entrust you toAnswer incoming customer queries (phone, email, chat) according to airBaltic Service standards
Make, manage, and process reservations following ticketing rules and procedures
Sell airBaltic tickets, as well as ancillary products and services
Issue airBaltic travel documents in compliance with airBaltic terms and regulations
Support travel agencies and partner airlines with relevant information
Process sales reports according to procedures
What you will need to succeed Fluency in Latvian and English languages; additional language will be considered advantageous
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer service-oriented personality
Attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Computer literacy
Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
