Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM administration role.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
- Familiarity with data management, integration, and reporting in Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to understand complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality results on schedule.
- Proven experience with high-level technical support of various software packages.
- Experience with IT security in an enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Additional Salesforce certifications like Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant preferred or equivalent experience
