Job PurposeSelectively accept reservations and regularly update the reservation system in respective shifts and attend to customers and their complaints.
- Accept reservations up to final destinations using independent judgement considering all parameters like
density mix, loadability, commercially important cargo and traffic trends in order to obtain optimum yield. - Attend to customers and their complaints diligently and initiate tracer action and follow-up to maintain high
service levels. - Compile statistics relating to reservation trends, transfer connection, yield and seasonal variations to provide management relevant information.
- Quote rates and answer queries on flight, schedule, tariff and shipment status in order to provide service to customers.
- Create and update import and departure records as well as inform customers with relevant post flight status of their shipments to provide service to customers and accurate information to network stations.
-Must have knowledge of typing, telex and cargo IMP.
-Must have worked in Cargo and Mail unit of an international airport, airline or GSA/agency for minimum 3 years.
Qualification-Conversant with computerised reservation of cargo. SITA Fast IV system a distinct advantage.
-Completed Basic Cargo and Cargo & Mail Handling courses.
Must have the right to live and work in Tehran.
