Role objective: Build consistent, sales capability across International GSA Sales teams and Agents through structured product, system, and commercial training
Key Responsibilities
1. Training delivery (core)
- Be the training SPOC for GSAs and international trade partners
- Deliver instructor‑led primarily virtual trainings for GSAs, international sales teams, and travel trade partners across time zones
- Facilitate sessions on airline products, booking tools, group portals, fare logic, ancillaries, BSP, and agent portals
- Handle spanet‑specific Q&A, issue resolution, and live system walkthroughs during training
2. Training content
- Convert sales/product inputs into clear training decks, quick guides, FAQs, and LMS‑ready modules
- Maintain updated training content for new product launches, fare changes, tools, and policies
3. GSA capability building
- Onboard new GSAs and refresh existing GSA teams on selling processes, tools, and brand standards
- Adapt delivery style to cultural and language nuances of international spanets
4. Training operations and governance
- Plan and coordinate training calendars with International Sales, GSAs, and other internal stakeholders
- Ensure attendance tracking, feedback capture, and assessment completion via LMS/MS Forms
- Conduct knowledge checks where required
6. Reporting
- Track training coverage, feedback scores, and knowledge gaps
- Share concise insights with leadership on capability gaps and recurring spanet issues
Experience and qualifications
Must‑have
- 4–8 years of experience in airline training or aviation commercial training roles
- Strong working knowledge of airline products, fare structures, ancillaries, BSP, and agent/ticketing systems
- Proven ability to facilitate virtual training for geographically dispersed, multi‑spanet audiences
Desirable
- Hands‑on exposure to international spanets and GSA or travel trade training environments
- Experience supporting international sales operations across multiple regions
- Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and virtual learning tools
- Background in airline sales enablement or revenue‑focused commercial training
