We are now looking for a Senior Sales Support Agent to play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations and trade partners, helping drive revenue and commercial success across spanets.
In this role, you will manage customer records, sales requests, and client complaints with accuracy, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, and respond to trade partner and customer queries in a timely manner. You will coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities, high service standards, and continuous process improvement, while supporting the Sales Support Team Leader or Manager on ad-hoc initiatives.
You will support agency and trade partners by resolving fare, contractual, and booking queries, ensuring timely distribution of fare rules and commercial advisories, and managing ad-hoc fare amendments, waivers, reservations, and ticketing. The role also includes supporting agency familiarization activities to drive incremental revenue.
As part of group sales support, you will handle group inquiries, quotations, and reservations, manage group requests through the GYM application, monitor deadlines and movements, coordinate special services, and maintain accurate records and performance reports to support commercial decision-making.
QualificationThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of schooling or equivalent, with at least three years of airline sales experience. Strong customer service skills, solid knowledge of fares, ticketing, and reservations, and proficiency in MS Office, GDS systems, and CRM platforms are essential. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are required, along with the ability to work independently, manage pressure, and consistently deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
