Skills You Bring To this Role
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
· 15 years in Military Leadership, Program Leadership, Business Development/Marketing & Sales, and/or Quality Leadership.
· Strong understanding of naval services operations, requirements, procurement processes, and Naval Aviation Training.
· Familiarity with U.S. Government guidelines and contracting processes.
· Possession of or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance is required.
· Ability to build and deliver compelling presentations to senior leaders and naval services stakeholders.
· Prior naval officer experience (O-5 or higher USMC), naval aviator experience (Instructor Pilot), or prior foreign service experience (LNO or Attaché) is preferred
